At Funadeals, we want you to love your find! If something isn’t right, we’ve made our return process as quick and easy as the deals themselves.

1. The “2-Day” Quick Return

You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return. To stay eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase from Funadeals.com is required.

Note: We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To keep things hygienic and fair, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal Care: Shavers, beauty tools, and toothbrushes.
  • Hygiene Items: Undergarments and baby feeding gear.
  • Digital/Media: Opened software, music, or videos.
  • Final Sale: Items clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” or Clearance.

3. Received a Dud? (Damaged or Wrong Items)

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 24 hours.

  • Action: Snap a quick photo or video of the issue.
  • Result: We’ll swap it for a fresh one or give you a full refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

  • Mobile Money: Straight to your account.
  • Cards: Back to the original card.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via Mobile Money or Store Credit.

5. Return Shipping

If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we pay the shipping. For change-of-mind returns, a small shipping fee may apply.


🛡️ Warranty Protection

Most Funadeals electronics and appliances come with a 1 to 5-year manufacturer warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • Factory defects and internal component failures.
  • Faulty workmanship.

What’s Not Covered:

  • “Oops” moments (cracked screens, dents, liquid spills).
  • Power surge damage or DIY repair attempts.
  • Consumables like batteries or filters.

How to Claim:

Contact our support team with your order number. We’ll help you coordinate with the manufacturer’s service center to get your item repaired or replaced.
