NO. Upcountry orders are strictly prepaid. You pay via Mobile Money or Bank

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. 

If you are not satisfied with your new purchase you may return your product for a refund, excluding the shipping cost, or exchange subject to producing the original receipt and ensuring the product is in its original packaging and condition.

Unwanted products may be returned within Same day of the product(s) being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a untampered seal.

We regret that some products cannot be returned once you have received delivery. These include:

  1. Delivery and or installation costs
  2. Personal care and health items including but not limited to shavers, toothbrushes, razors, etc.
  3. Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones, that have been opened and used.
  4. Electronic items such as phones, tablets, TV’s etc, that have been opened and used.
  5. Any damaged or abused items
