1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

We deliver nationwide. Our delivery clock starts once your order is confirmed.

Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

2. Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are transparent and calculated based on the size of your item and your location.

Standard Items (e.g., Phones, Blenders, Small Gadgets)

  • Kampala Metropolitan: UGX 5,000 – UGX 15,000
  • Outside Kampala: UGX 15,000 – UGX 30,000

Large Items (e.g., Fridges, TVs 55″+, Gas Cookers)

  • Kampala Metropolitan: UGX 10,000 – UGX 25,000
  • Outside Kampala: UGX 20,000 – UGX 45,000

3. Order Handling Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

4. Store Pickup (FREE)

Prefer to pick it up yourself? Scored a deal and want it now?

  • Cost: UGX 0 (Always Free)
  • Location: Kampala, Uganda (Check your order confirmation for the exact pickup point).
  • Requirements: Please bring your Order ID and a valid ID.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is out for delivery, we’ll send you a Tracking Link via SMS/Email. You can also track your order directly on our website under the [Track My Order] page.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our riders will call you before arrival. If you are unavailable:

  • We will attempt delivery a second time the following day.
  • If the second attempt fails, the item will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package looks tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept it. Contact our support team immediately at +256 789 173 424
