1. Nationwide Flat Rate Shipping
- Delivery Cost: We charge a standard flat rate of UGX 5,000 for all orders delivered within Uganda.
- Whether you are located in the heart of Kampala or in an upcountry town, your shipping cost remains the same.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within the Same business day (Monday – Saturday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EAT) will be processed on the following business day.
3. Estimated Transit Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated time for it to reach your doorstep is as follows:
- Kampala & Environs: Same day to 1 business day.
- Upcountry (Major Towns across Uganda): 2 to 3 business days.
- Note: Upcountry deliveries are handled via our trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking/waybill number once your package is dispatched.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all deliveries within Kampala.
- Pre-payment (Mobile Money): Required for all upcountry deliveries before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking & Support Upon dispatch, we will send a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your delivery details. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately.
